How do I take part in resort drop off?
If you have a stay within 7 days of your order you may select resort drop off as a shipping option!
hit 'view cart' and add the following to the cart notes:
- resort
- name on reservation
- dates of stay
I will reach out to you via email on the day of or day before your check-in date to let you know your package is at the front desk of your resort
To ensure your order would be available for resort drop off, please reach out via the contact form with any questions regarding availability.
How do I take part in market pick-up?
If you place an order prior to an upcoming market I will be at, you can get free shipping and pick up from my booth!
hit 'view cart' and add the following to the cart notes:
- name of person picking up the package
- 'market pickup'
- date of market
If you would like to continue to shop at the market and add new styles you can do so.
Please select the "standard shipping" option at checkout and shipping will be refunded to you after purchase.
Are returns accepted?
No, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you do have an issue with your order please reach out via the contact form.
How long will my order take to ship?
While most orders can ship within 1-3 business days, please allow the maximum shipping time of 2-3 weeks. If you do need your order by a specific date please reach out via the contact form.
If ordering during a free shipping promo express shipping option will be sent as standard shipping. free shipping promo applies to domestic US orders only. If you need express shipping during this promotion please reach out via the contact form or send an inquiry to hello@stuckinneverland.com

Vintage FAQ
vintage items are available for purchase through story sales on my instagram. launch dates will be shared on social media and shop email. any remaining pieces will be available to shop online 24 hours after the story sale goes live.
each item is sourced, cleaned, steamed, measured, logged, packaged individually, and stored before sale.
should i decide the condition or material of the garment is not able to be cleaned, it is understood the item will be sold 'as is' which can also apply to items such as grails, new with tags, or deadstock to preserve item integrity.
due to the nature and age of the items, it is also understood that each item will come with its own unique wear and tear but larger flaws will be notated at sale.
vintage items will not be sold at markets but are available for market pick up or resort drop off.
all vintage items are final sale.
