How do I take part in resort drop off?
If you have a stay within 7 days of your order, you can add your:
- resort
- name on reservation
- dates of stay
to the cart notes when you hit 'view cart'. To ensure your order would be available for resort drop off, please reach out via the contact form with any questions regarding availability.
Are returns accepted?
No, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you do have an issue with your order, please reach out via the contact form.
How long will my order take to ship?
While most orders can ship within 1-3 business days, please allow the maximum shipping time of 2-3 weeks. If you do need your order by a specific date please reach out via the contact form.
